Suntech has launched a new version of its VIGIA solution with improved functionality, following an intensive and extensive dialogue with major network operators.

Suntech has devised a number of updates and improvements to meet the growing demand of the Authorities for voice and data interception, location and data retention, amongst others. The new VIGIA also comes with an exclusive feature for the emerging MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and Number Portability regulations.

With the collaboration of software usability and design specialists, Suntech invested in reframing the system interface - including a number of technical and operational changes, as well as offering additional security and performance. “With the new version of VIGIA, we have taken great care to improve both usability and the design. VIGIA now allows for a faster task performance, optimizes the workflow and provides more intuitive and friendly interactions.
